Job Purpose:
The Director, Partner Success is responsible for the oversight and setting the direction of the Partner Success team. This position will have accountability for executing on the joint strategy, with the Partner Sales team, in regard to implementations, relationship management, operational and technical support and driving additional revenue growth for clients partner clients. This individual will lead the Partner Success and Partner Technical support teams. And will establish the team structure, operational processes and metrics to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing performance of software products/services utilized by our partners. The Director of Partner Success will also ensure that key accounts receive the right level of strategic and tactical oversight to impact retention and customer satisfaction.
