JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized sales supervisor to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. You will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales representatives as well as developing leads from cold calling and following up on top of funnel marketing campaigns to meet and exceed sales quotas.
This role will focus on both the Accusoft & OnTask brands. OnTask simplifies the creation, review, tracking, and approval of documents and forms. More product information can be found at OnTask.io.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
• Measure, track,  and report on all sales leads.
• Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
• Work with the sales team when closing sales and setting appointments.
• Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules.
• Hire, onboard, train new sales representatives.
• Lead by example; playing a hands-on role demonstrating SDR best practices and providing regular coaching and review.
• Supervise sales representatives and assistants.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales results.
• Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed all sales quotas and goals.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job will require individual contributor and supervisory responsibilities. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and counseling employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor of Science in Marketing or Business Administration with a Marketing concentration or related disciplines; 3 plus years of Inside Sales or lead development experience in a team leadership capacity for technology solutions preferred or combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Two plus years experience in a role that has helped develop your ability to solve problems, think critically, effectively communicate verbally, provide customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite..
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Ability and willingness to make cold calls.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Well organized with high attention to quality and detail.
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• High energy and competitive spirit with the drive to work collaboratively and be a top performer.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience with CRM system a plus.
