Vaco Tampa is hiring! This is a consulting opportunity for a client in the Tampa, FL area. This is remote at this time but candidates must be located within driving distance of the client.
• At least 1-2 years of Help Desk/Service Desk or similar experience is required
• Microsoft Active Directory account administration (account additions/deletions/moves/changes)
• Password resets for multiple systems
• Basic understanding and troubleshooting of anti/virus software
• Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10
• Troubleshooting Laptop/Desktop computers
• Citrix experience is preferred but not required
