As a Transaction Processing Specialist in ACH Investigations, you'll provide service support within our Corporate Investment Bank, other financial institutions and regulatory agencies. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of case management for internal / external clients are completed within regulated or internal service level agreements, inclusive of exceptions to client satisfaction. You'll also provide subject matter expertise to clients. Additional responsibilities may include managing daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities, PVT testing, special projects as well as process improvement.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
• Preferred 1 to 3 years ACH knowledge/experience
• Preferred experience in middle or back office operations
• Understanding of the financial services industry, products, and processes
• Strong analytical skills with complementary communications and presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent client focus and customer care working practices
• Ability to drive results through people, communication, influence, and interactions
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc.,
• Familiarity with FSD/SAR
• Overtime a "requirement" if and when necessary and may include occasional weekends
