Law firm in Tampa, FL seeking an attorney with general corporate and commercial contracting experience. Candidate must be able to provide general corporate legal support and advice to various clients, primarily for matters relating to technology. The required legal support includes reviewing, drafting, negotiating contracts and other legal documents, as well as identifying issues and concerns.
Duties and Accountabilities: (position will start remotely)
•   Structure, review and draft commercial agreements of varying complexity.
•   Provide legal review support and work collaboratively with other White & Case attorneys on existing and new contracts.
•   Review contracts for consistency, exceptions and conformance with any agreed to changes.
•   Experience with technology, data protection/data breach notification, service and/or procurement agreements a plus, as is working knowledge of intellectual property law or the payments and/or financial services industries.
•   Assist clients with contract interpretation and how to address and resolve issues that arise in the course of contract performance.
