We are looking for Service Desk ELT, Curbside Lead – Tampa, FL . This is a fulltime permanent position.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Skill: Service Desk ELT, Curbside Lead
Role / Tier: Lead Consultant /  Tier 2
Primary Responsibilities
VIP / Executive Support for top leadership
Onsite support in executive residence locations to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair hardware resolve issues and provide support for service requests
Home office support for users in terms of curbside resolution, Monitoring performance post support of IT device.
Update and maintain the computer inventory and equipment.
Preference (Qualification/Certification)
Ensure desktop computers interconnection seamlessly with diverse system keeping in mind for compatibility factors.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
Endorse and apply upgrades to systems to ensure durability.
Assess functional needs to regulate system purchase specifications.
Resolve hardware and network connectivity issues
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Logical troubleshooting skills
Preference for accent neutralized & ITIL certified resources
Must have 5 to 8 years of experience supporting the similar kind of role
Education:
Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or related field/equivalent qualification and 5+ years of relevant experience.
