We are looking for Service Desk Technicians – Senior Consultant – Tampa, FL . This is a fulltime permanent position.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Skill: Service Desk Technicians – Senior Consultant
Role / Tier: Senior Consultant /  Tier 2
Primary Responsibilities
Troubleshooting of applications
Should have worked in an application helpdesk (or) Service Desk with end-to-end troubleshooting responsibilities
Shift Timings: 24 x 7 x 365 Support
Preference (Qualification/Certification)
Experience in leading teams of 15+ for Application and infrastructure
Shift leads for Service Desk for Restaurant Applications
Managing team providing Voice based support which requires FCR at infra and app level
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Logical troubleshooting skills
Preference for candidates worked in a global outsourcing environment
Preference for accent neutralized and ability to operate with North American user base & ITIL certified resources
Customer empathy along with technical expertise
Must have 5 to 7 years of experience supporting the similar kind of role
Education:
Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or related field/equivalent qualification and 5+ years of relevant experience.
