JOB DESCRIPTION
Skill: Service Desk Technicians – Consultant
Role / Tier: Consultant /  Tier 3
Primary Responsibilities
Voice based technology support across applications and infrastructure
Developing and using standard operating procedures. Driving first caller resolution as per SLAs provided
Troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptop, POS, LAN and IP Phone functions, end-point security, BYOD in global corporate environment
Shift Timings: 24 x 7 x 365 Support
Preference (Qualification/Certification)
5+ years of experience supporting the similar kind of role
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Logical troubleshooting skills
Preference for candidates worked in a global outsourcing environment
Preference for accent neutralized & ITIL certified resources
Education:
Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or related field/equivalent qualification and 5+ years of relevant experience.
