We are looking for Network Support Consultant – Tampa, FL. This is a fulltime permanent position.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Skill: Network Support Consultant
Role / Tier: Consultant / Tier 3
Primary Responsibilities
Keep corporate network operating efficiently and securely including Internet, Guest Wifi
Constantly install or update all the hardware and software and issuing hardware to employees
Performing network-wide software including restaurant network support and security updates
Enabling corporate team and restaurant users by providing equipment support and replacement service
Providing support to maintain business continuity across various network services (T1’s and 4G) and telecommunication systems (Avaya Telecom system, Phones etc.)
Perform network performance monitoring and suggest improvement opportunities to leadership team
Creating and maintaining the security of user profiles including maintaining different level of security access depending on individual role and need
Preference (Qualification/Certification)
Must have experience in RSC Telecom Support
Possess good understanding of LAN and WAN
Must have good understanding of the principles of networking to be able to construct a network from scratch
Must have 3 to 5 years of experience supporting the similar kind of role
Must have problem-solving skills and IT acumen to troubleshoot and repair both hardware and software issues
Education:
Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or related field/equivalent qualification and 5+ years of relevant experience.
