East Coast Management, LLC located in Tampa , FL (West chase ) is seeking a Real Estate S taff Accountant
Responsibilities
• A ccounts Payable-W9 tracking, 1099’s for multiple entities
• Sales Tax Returns
• Accounts Receivable
• Bank Reconciliation statements
• General Ledger reconciliations / General Journal entries
• Other ad-hoc reporting
• General office support
Skills/Qualifications
• Accounting degree or degree seeking is a plus
• Yardi or similar software experience is a plus
• Strong communication, both verbally and in writing
• M ust be comfortable with General Ledger/Journal Entries /GAAP
• M ust have be proficient in Microsoft Excel :
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Staff Accountant .
• Property Management & Real Estate experience highly desirable
• Hands on , analytical and detail oriented with ability to multi-task, process large volumes of varied information and stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Dependable. Must be a proactive thinker using sound judgment and have the ability to work independently but at the same time know when to ask questions to clarify work assignments
• Professional appearance and attire
