Hours: 6:30am to 2:30pm

Responsibilities:
The Facility Technician will have 1-3 years of experience in painting, dry wall repair and basic maintenance.
Understand blue prints and drawings.
Maintain repair records and a clean and orderly maintenance shop.
Make repairs as required per work orders
Demonstrate basic mechanical and or plumbing skills
Requirements:
Facility Technician responsibility will be to keep up the appearance of the facility in the areas of painting walls, repairing drywall, cleaning floors, etc. Other duties will include operating boom lifts to reach higher areas in the plant to clean away cobwebs and paint in these higher areas.
Basic repairs to office furniture and moving of office furniture and fixtures will be required. Ability to speak and listen effectively to follow instructions in English.
Ability to write and speak complete sentences and understand verbal and written instructions in English
