Find your ideal career with us! Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Diesel Mechanic shop in the Tampa area. We are seeking an energetic Mechanic with a desire in finding long-term employment opportunities with a company that is known for its long tenured staff.
Diesel Mechanic Job Duties:
• Preventive maintenance on diesel trucks.
• Do oil and lighting change.
• Do brake maintenance.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on diesel vehicles
• Troubleshoot, and repair all diesel fleet equipment
• Provide repair and maintenance to diesel and gasoline engines
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs
• Diagnose and perform preventative maintenance for heavy-duty diesel vehicles and equipment
• Perform light repairs and minor electrical repairs
• Perform major diesel engine repairs, in frame, and diesel overhead services
• Performing preventative maintenance and repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles
• Perform repairs and assigned preventive maintenance services
• Performing routine preventive maintenance on equipment and vehicles
• Perform maintenance/emergency repairs on the fuel, brake, electrical and transmission systems of   diesel trucks
• Perform preventative maintenance on diesel, industrial tractor trailer trucks
• Maintain diesel engines and coach related components
• Maintain diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements
Diesel Mechanic Job Requirements:
• Previous experience with diesel trucks.
• Engine Mechanic experiennce.
• eager to learn, team player, reliable.
• Must own tools and tool box
Diesel Mechanic Hours:
Business Hours 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
