Are you experienced in selling mid-market ($10-$30 million) retirement plans? Are you looking for a role that supports your entrepreneurial spirit and start-up mentality? As a Mid-Market Retirement Plan Consultant with the Fisher Investments 401(k) Solutions Group, you will be focused solely on this new initiative. Join our privately held multi-billion dollar global investment firm to continue to grow our 401(k) offering.
The Opportunity:
This lucrative role will work out of our Plano, TX or Tampa, FL office with travel around the country to meet prospective clients.  Present Fisher Investment’s retirement platform to plan sponsors: 401k, Profit Sharing, Cash Balance, DB plans, etc. Employ your consultative approach to build, lead and sell to mid-sized company owners and plan decision makers. Highlight our 3(38) full fiduciary coverage, in-person client service and investment guidance, multiple record keeping and TPA options. Join a team of retirement plan experts who are exclusively focused on our sponsors and participants. Receive corporate office support from a dedicated retirement plan team that includes our 4S Custom Solutions team and 4S Sales Success and Service department.
The Day-to-Day:
• Identify, contact, and meet with mid-market business owners, plan sponsors and decision makers
• Educate plan sponsors on Fisher Investments’ mid-sized business retirement plans
• Provide financial solutions based on plan sponsor and participant goals
• Execute (RFP’s) and develop plan proposals
Your Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience specifically selling mid-market ($10-$30 million) qualified retirement plans
• Quantifiable track record of personal direct sales success to plan sponsors
• Demonstrated experience executing high volume phone/video conversations and in-person meetings
• Proven RFP, Proposal Development and Sales Coordination experience
