Overview
As the Sales Training Manager, you will support our growing National Sales Team and be responsible for effectively supporting the training and development needs of the National Sales Team. The Sales Training Manager is accountable for training all new and existing Skin, Face and Body Specialists (SFBS) across the National Sales Team.  They will be accountable for leading and providing effective sales training that will enable every SFBS to improve their sales results and meet or exceed company sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Partner with Training & Development, Sales leadership and Regional Sales Managers to provide and lead training for new SFBS hires
• Maintain and improve training curriculum for existing SFBS to improve their product knowledge, industry acumen and competitive selling skills, leading to positive sales results
• Assists in the onboarding and retention of top sales talent for the Company by continuously reviewing performance results of each SFBS and identifying key areas to provide additional training opportunities
• Monitor daily, weekly, monthly performance to ensure training programs are leading to achievement of company defined KPI’s and sales targets
• Assist new and experienced SFBS with developing and enhancing their product and customer knowledge and selling strategies to increase sales performance and effectiveness.
• Provides consistent communication, oversight and follow up to ensure company sales processes, techniques and trainings are being adopted
• Manage reporting requirements necessary to support continued training and development of SFBS teams.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience developing or providing sales training within a B2C organization required.
• Proven track record of training sales teams leading to positive and increased sales results
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively engage participants in a variety of training settings
• Proven record of consistently achieving/exceeding sales goals in a sales role
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the company and industry products, services, customers, competitors, and sales techniques.
• Must demonstrate strong leadership, coaching and development skills.
• Ability to message and deliver constructive and motivational feedback to enhance performance and results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise in organization, multi-tasking and prioritization. Ability to analyze reports/data and summarize findings into digestible insights. Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint required.
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environment
• Experience with Salesforce and Five9 is a plus.
