INVENTORY ANALYST

• Pay: We offer an hourly wage based on experience
• Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-Finish (NO WEEKENDS AND PAID HOLIDAYS OFF!)

OVERVIEW:
Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 15 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Inventory Analyst.
The Inventory Analyst ensures:
• Analyze Fill Rates, B/O reports identifying what caused any fill rate issues;
• Analyze inventory reports showing excess inventory by date received, last date sold, etc.;
• Communicate with Purchasing regarding any major purchases that will deplete the distribution center;
• Analyze and rebalance any excess inventory at branches;
• Update and maintain Vendor Price Books, review expiring price books, send requests for pricing to vendors;
• Perform exceptional inventory analysis monthly; and
• Schedule and process Inter-site Transfers between branches.
REQUIREMENTS:
• You must be 18 years or older;
• You must have good interpersonal skills and are able to communicate effectively;
• You must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Access;
• You must have specified education such as a BA, equivalent experience, or higher; and
• You must have a financial aptitude for understanding and facilitating profitable fulfillment.
