Description The Senior Talent Sourcer recruits qualified candidates and assists in development of strategic recruitment plans. The Senior Sourcer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Responsibilities Humana is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer that will source candidates for our Retail, Group and Government Recruiting team. The Sr. Sourcers responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Ultimately, you will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified candidates. Job Responsibilities Include: + Work with all members of the Retail, Group and Government TA HR team as well as key stakeholders within various business areas to align candidate sourcing with targeted positions. + Hunts for creative ways to get the attention of passive candidates and outreaches continually generate leads for all markets. + Source candidates for select roles with a focus on identifying talent through various digital media, sourcing channels, and local/national outreach efforts. + Sourcer creates, updates and maintains research for competitor landscape details, Chamber of Commerce events tailored to healthcare field, association meetings and conferences, and market intel + Input and maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates in the CRM database + Triage and manage inquiries from career website + Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and strategy in partnership with TA Marketing team + Pull market analysis including compensation data and provide recommendations to the Recruiters on recruiting strategy. + Acts as a Boolean logic expert + Hands off qualified candidates to Recruiters Required Qualifications + Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience + At least 3 years demonstrated experience and success creating and implementing sourcing strategies + Experience and knowledge of passive sourcing approaches, tools and technologies + Experience in a corporate recruiting and/or staffing environment + Strong work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency, proactive with ability to work within a team + Requires proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong technical ability and able to quickly pickup different systems and databases + Self-starter and able to work independently Preferred Qualifications + AAPPR Fellowship Certification + Recruiting experience in the health solutions and/or insurance industries + Strong knowledge of Boolean searches + Experience hosting online meeting sessions through WebEx or other technologies Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 About Us Mission: At Humana, our cultural foundation is aligned to helping members achieve their best health by delivering personalized, simplified, whole-person healthcare experiences.
