The NACC Talent Acquisition team is looking for an innovator to that is looking for experience in the entire recruiting life-cycle for a global company with positions all over the globe. This role will also provide you with a broad knowledge base in corporate Human Relations though working alongside teams in a multitude of different disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
•    Coordinate efforts for full life-cycle recruitment which includes posting jobs, scheduling candidates, and performing candidate pre-screening interviews.
•    Assist with recruitment strategy & recruiting calls concerning topics such as strategies for effective interviews.
•    Participate on department projects including Employment Branding and Analytics.
•    Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
•    Work in a global context across time zones.
Key Qualifications
•    Preferred from a Human Resources Management or Business degree program with strong analytical and English language skills.
•    Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
•    Strong work ethic with ability to be results oriented and highly organized
•    Good communications and interpersonal skills – ability to communicate and build relationships across cultures and time zones
