TTMA has an opening for two (2) Group Leader’s in our Conveyance Department. This position reports directly to the Conveyance Manager and Assistant Manager.
As directed by the Conveyance Manager and Assistant Manager the Group Leader will:
• Review Conveyance schedules to ensure production schedules are met.
• Plan and review Conveyance operations, establishing priorities. Resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent delays.
• Utilize the appropriate personnel based on skill sets.
• Evaluate, develop and ensure appropriate training processes are completed when Team Members move to different jobs.
• Ensure quality requirements and procedures for the area are understood and met.
• Provide assistance to Team Members in solving problems/concerns that affect their performance. Consult Manager and/or Human Resources as needed to determine the most effective resolution.
• Other duties as assigned by the Department Manager or Assistant Manager.
