FitEx Meals is a growing meal prep company serving fresh high protein meals from a weekly rotating menu. We are hiring a front desk manager who is enthusiastic about fitness and looks forward to inspiring others to reach their goals.
Our Front Desk Associate is responsible for the successful operation of the front desk. This individual does everything related to communication with our clients.

Career duties:
Design and implement sales strategies
Manage customer retention
Ring up in-store clients
Give customers their pick-up bags.
Help clients with subscription related issues
Sign up new clients for subscriptions
Answer questions via email, facebook messenger, phone, and in person.
Post to social media/create social media content
Label meal containers
Assist in creation of delivery routes
Place orders with vendors
Help portion meals on days we are short staffed
Track inventory
Schedule:
We work from 10:00am-6pm daily. Sundays and Tuesdays are our busiest days and you must be available to work those days. The other 1-2 days you are scheduled to work may change from week to week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Experience:
• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
Education:
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
