Please review the job details below. Maxar is seeking a Production Manager / Lead Intelligence analyst to join our team and lead the production of in-depth analytical reports across a number of different functional and geographic domains.
The candidate will need to exhibit strong critical thinking skills, as these reports will ingest, integrate, and analyze data from a wide array of sources (to include foreign language source material). In this role, you may be required to engage key customers in order to understand production requirements/timelines.  You will also be expected to manage resources, production priorities, and forecasts. As such, the candidate should have strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills and be able to work both in teams, and independently.

Minimum Requirements:
• Must be a US citizen
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years of related experience
• At least two years of experience leading projects in geospatial intelligence or a related discipline
• At least two years of experience managing and training personnel
• Strong analytical skills and experience formulating intelligence assessments
• Strong writing skills and experience editing in-depth research papers
• Intimate familiarity with the Microsoft Office software package (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Skills:
• Master’s Degree
• Experience leading teams with cross-functional roles and responsibilities
• Experience developing or modifying production workflows
• Experience using geospatial tools and software
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. InDesign)
• Foreign language competency
