My client, a leader in the health insurance industry, is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist with specific experience monitoring Medicare Calls in the healthcare insurance industry. This position ensures that Agents, Customer Service Agents and all other Customer Service Associates are following company guidelines while on calls with members and clients. This is a Quality Control role and they are looking for someone with relevant experienced. This position will understand how to follow specific guidelines that need to be assessed and determine when to bring attention to management to correct the quality and or integrity of the process, in this case Sales Calls. Required
· HS Diploma
· Previous Quality Control or Quality Assurance in a medical or healthcare environment
· Excellent communication skills
· Professional and Positive demeanor with a strong desire to learn and grow
· Should have strong understanding, on a professional level, of Medicare
· Must come out of a large and fast paces call center environment offering services to CONSUMERS
· Must have strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
