Manage workflow under the direction of Project Mgr. to include: print daily work orders, upload measure sheets + drawings, send out Submittals, generate + send project close-out documents. Schedule field measures + installs, upload purchase orders and request shop drawings (or take-offs) in Sharepoint. Receive deliveries and track shipments.
Answer phone calls and reply to requests for information via email. File project documents in folders and record dates + actions.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in an Administrative/Office capacitiy required
• Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF documents {Knowledge of Sharepoint a plus}
• Must be detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Must have superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
• Experience in Estimating or the scope of Project Management a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
