Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware. Preparing areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking areas and cook stations. Taking garbage out, and some knife work.

Experience:
• cooks, servers & dishwashers: 1 year (Preferred)
• restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
