Intelliscan 3D is a growing dental technology company seeking to hire a talented dental Technical Support product specialist with prior experience working with and supporting intraoral scanners.
Job Duties:
• Support customer's 3D scanning applications and provide specific workflows for various downstream applications utilizing exocad and other third-party software.
• Provide technical support to customers including pre-sale demonstration, benchmark projects, technical presentations, and training for the sales of intraoral scanners and 3D printers.
• Work closely with the sales team on pre-demo, tradeshows, and training materials and also provided training for all scanning and digital dental solutions.
• Communicate product improvement requests, and feedback periodically to the R&D and sales team.
