Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a well-organized, highly motivated, Product Support Analyst to provide front-line IT support to our customers. Your primary function will be to answer support tickets, calls and assist with whatever technical or product-related issues the client may be facing. You will also participate in the product life cycle and be responsible for understanding large software modules and participating and contributing to the design and testing of the systems. Candidates will be expected to keep up with changing user requirements and fast paced agile development cycles. We are seeking people with a strong desire to grow and learn.
You will be required to travel (20-25% of your time) to the client’s location to ensure customer success while providing on-site support.
To ensure success as a Product Support Analyst, you should have in-depth knowledge of hardware and software systems, high-level interpersonal skills, and the ability to solve complex IT and software related issues.
Responsibilities Include:
• Responding to technical support tickets.
• Talking directly to the customer to determine the nature of their issues.
• Connecting to the customer’s computer system via remote access.
• Identifying the nature of the hardware, software, or networking issue.
• Providing the customer with resolution choices.
• Installing new hardware systems, software upgrades or networking cables.
• Fixing any software or hardware issues.
• Providing technical or operational training.
• To offer recommendations — based on various metrics — on how to improve the support process in its entirety
• Traveling to train/support customers on their systems

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), or other IT related degree
• Passion for quality software design/testing, customer support, and overall system troubleshooting and management
• 2 - 5 years work experience as an IT/Software Support Technician.
• Motivation to learn new technologies and development tools
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt to evolving project requirements
Skills
• Familiarity with networking systems and protocols.
• Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including TeamViewer/Google Meet
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware systems, routers, and peripherals.
• Knowledge of operating systems, office software, enterprise software, and server systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel
