We are growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team!
In this position you will be handling all incoming customer calls relating to service, maintenance, and installation appointments. In slower season you will be making inbound and outbound calls to our current clients to check in after service has been completed, as well as offering additional products and services. This position requires a genuine and friendly phone voice and personality. Someone who is easy to talk to and likes helping people. Solid computer skills and a self-driven attitude is a must to succeed in this job.

Primary Job Function : Answer incoming calls and schedule service calls. Maintain the service technicians' daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Provide customers with repair estimates. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain customer database with current information. Assist with maintenance member billing and scheduling. Assist service technicians and service manager.
Pay : up to $19 per hour DOE + Benefits
Work Hours : 40+ hours weekly, 11am - 8pm Thursday and Saturday off. Sundays 8a-8p, overtime as required. During training, the hours will be Monday Friday 10a-7p.
Required Qualifications :
• High school diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience in dispatching, customer service, inside sales, call center or telemarketing experience
• Experience in HVAC / plumbing industry is a plus
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to operate multi-line phone system
• Strong computer skills and ability to type minimum of 30 wpm
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced customer service-centric environment
• Ability to multi-task & work independently
• Positive "can do" attitude / must be team player & self-starter
• Excellent attendance record
