Maintenance Department Manager
* Strong Retail Petroleum Industry Experience
* Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in Maintenance Management
* Superior Knowledge in all aspects of fuel dispensing equipment (components, software, various manufacturers, etc.)
* U.S.T. & systems
* Environmental /Regulatory Compliance
* Experience with Verifone, Commander, Veeder-Root, etc.
* Possesses a collaborative, resourceful and innovative demeanor
* Strong communication and trouble-shooting skills
* General C-Store and commercial equipment knowledge
* Successful track record of accountability and achievement in attaining results at or below budgetary expectations
* Demonstrated experience in vendor management, cost effective solutions, Strong understanding of current costing, etc.
* Negotiating contracts with outside vendors
* Officetrax software management (dispatching, invoice processing, etc)
* Strong skill sets & experience in Project Management
* Working up-to-date knowledge of Major Oil brands image compliance standards, particularly BP & Mobil, is a plus
* Demonstrated effectiveness at managing a small group of direct reports
* Ability to consistently and successfully meet critical deadlines in a time-sensitive and fast paced environment
* Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
