The Payroll Specialist will be responsible to process in-house payroll for employees on a biweekly basis.
Duties Include:
- Run in-house payroll, transactions, reporting, stop payments and other operations.
- Ensure that employee payroll is processed accurately and timely
- Set-up payroll for new hires and terminate former employee files.
- Provides employee assistance with payroll related questions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll preferred
- Must have a high attention to detail and be customer service oriented
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
