Full Job Description
The facility in Tampa, FL is seeking Assembly Operator to fill multiple positions.
• Wages start at $14/hour

• This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined and team oriented candidates who have an interest in working in a manufacturing setting.
Assembly Operator
• Adhere to plant safety guidelines
• Able to lift 25 lbs.
• Able to work in a clean room environment and follow donning and doffing of required PPE
• Able to interact with other team members in a positive manner
• Able to learn and rotate through multiple work stations (Cell Assembly, Final Seal, Winding, Cell Packing)
• Able to follow operator description sheets to run equipment properly
• Understand calibration and monitoring of equipment
• Adjust equipment to produce quality parts
• Restock trays and material in cell assembly/winding production area
• Maintain 5S in the work area
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalency required
• Must be able to work all shifts up to 12 hours, as overtime may be mandatory.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to understand and follow all safety, quality and production specifications, instructions, written and verbal
• Ability to read and understand all production specifications required
• Ability to neatly and accurately record required data
• Warehouse or Manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience using inventory and maintenance planning systems preferred
