What you will do
At Westcoast Brace & Limb (WCBL), our Phone Operator is the “smiling voice” and “first point of contact” to our organization. Every day our Operators assist our patients and teams by connecting them and ensuring that their calls are answered.
Additionally, they are responsible for :
Greeting callers, establishing the reason for calling, and resolving issues by contacting appropriate parties.
Ability to speak / project clearly and distinctly, and with friendly and courteous tone
Ability to use listening skills to put callers at ease and obtain accurate and complete information
Ability to think out-side of the box and anticipate the needs of the callers and co-workers
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple calls at one time
Ability to stay calm and collected
Ability to provide outstanding customer service
Ability to problem solve

What you need:
Education, Experience, and Abilities
• A professional demeanor with a willingness to help
• Experience in a fast-paced deadline-driven office
• Bilingual – English-Spanish - preferred
• Education: High school diploma or GED - required.
• Experience: Medical office/insurance experience preferred.
