• Operate Landscape Maintenance Equipment
• Operate line trimmer, edger, & debris blower
• Perform Horticultural Practices
• Rake and remove leaves and loose plant debris
• Hard rake grass to remove thatch and embedded plant debris
• Manual weeding of flowerbeds
• Installation of sod, mulch, compost, and other landscape materials
• Engage in Safety Behaviors
• Properly wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Comply with safety policies and practices
• Physical Working Conditions:
• No smoking during shift
• Work in the presence of loud machines
• Work outdoors in various temperatures and various weather conditions for 6 to 10 hours
• Work during morning and daylight hours
• Repetitively squatting, bending, and kneeling for various tasks
• Continuing education expected (e.g., learning plant names and new horticultural practices)
• Be able to walk for more than 5 hours per day and lift more than 50lbs overhead, for example granular fertilizer bag

Schedule:
• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
Experience:
• landscaping: 1 year (Preferred)
