Experience in personal injury case management and personal injury litigation is preferred. The ideal candidate is someone local to Riverview or Ruskin, Florida area with a good work ethic, can work with minimal supervision, is proficient with computers and has good communication skills. This position will involve working with our Sr. Paralegal to do the following tasks:
1. Conduct client interviews
2. Read and review medical records
3. Draft routine motions and documents
4. Review and prepare responses to discovery
5. Schedule hearings and depositions
6. Have knowledge of JAWS and Efile protocols

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
