ABOUT ACUITY
Acuity is a communications solutions provider focused onhelping businesses better leverage their mobile, voice, and datainfrastructures. We’ve been around since 2002 but pivoted our service model afew years ago and are pushing hard to drive growth.
This is a support role, providing data analytics to avariety of clients on multiple data sources.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Expense Analyst is responsible for managing the month-to-monthexpenses and data validation of several clients. You will be assisting many different groupsthroughout the organization with flexibility and the ability to multi-task arecritical.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Analyze and audit telecom invoices using both automatedand manual approaches to identify errors/opportunities
• Track and Report on spend
• Prepare dispute claims and communicate resultsto team and clients
• Meet established timelines for regular clientreporting
• Analyze contracts and tariffs to determineappropriate rates and discounts
• Provide analytical support to help clientsachieve optimal cost efficiency of their networks and realize cost savings onan ongoing basis
