This Sharepoint Developer will be part of a team of 3 developers and work on the initial implementation and roll-out of Office 365 SharePoint, MS Teams, one drive
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain O365 workflow solutions using SharePoint, MS Flow, Power Apps
" Automate workflow for AP invoices, OCR scan and capture, route to approver, create input files based on captured data, transfer files via FTP from SP
" Ability to take basic MS Flow apps and customize with more enhanced functionality and features
" Workflow solutions such as,
o create a task that includes creating a document,
o route that assignment to a contributor
o Once doc is created route to an approver
o Once approved route to a different user to take additional action using the doc that was created
o Track status along the WF path
" Integrate with OCR plugin for document capture and retention in SP doc repository
Requirements:
Must have experience using Javascript with Sharepoint
Any SQL or C# experience a plus
Web APIs a plus
Sharepoint
MS Teams
MS flow
MS Power Apps
And use of an OCR software to augment power apps / flow functionality
Working understanding and experience with
" Effectively using permissions across the O365 environment and various applications
" Within a Flow / PowerApp move files back and forth between O365 and on prem file server
" Proven experience with establishing governance in O365
" Experience with securing O365 environment
