10 year(s) of progressive roles leading IT transformation that include operations, policy, and business strategy.

MBA preferred/Further Business experience. Computer Science, or similar.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:
• Defining, leading, and championing a test automation strategy across multiple projects/products in multiple technology stacks with a focus on implementing an automated testing platform and integrating various tests into the software delivery pipeline (CI/CD);
• Leading the transformation of test engineering practices across teams/programs and contributing to strategic decisions in applying test automation and test execution;
• Providing mentorship for Quality Engineers on test automation industry leading practices and supporting an automation backlog strategy;
• Making significant contributions in building automation framework core libraries to test applications across various technologies and bring efficiencies into the quality engineering practice;
• Working with automation engineers to finalize a branching strategy and policies for high quality automation deliverables;
• Developing a measurement strategy to define, execute, and measure against test automation coverage targets;
• Demonstrating interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal) including the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience;
• Collaborating with senior level staff/partners and other departments within IT domains establishing testing standards and processes used are compliant with firm standards;
• Communicating with and influencing multiple levels of leadership, emphasizing the development of effective and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and supporting global initiatives to advance IT capabilities;
• Demonstrating proven ability to lead large, diverse, and distributed teams;
• Promoting a culture of innovation, inclusive leadership, and continuous improvement; and,
• Managing resources across the Testing Center of Excellence, while continuously evaluating and influencing outside vendor testing, and coordinating with other technology areas for technical developments and strategies.
