We are seeking a highly motivated, kind, multi-tasking individual with a minimum of 5 years of Management experience to lead our ever growing beautiful Boarding Facility! We want someone who wants to grow with us!
Candidate must live in Brandon/Tampa area. The job requires some flexibility in your schedule from time to time. You must be able and willing to adjust your schedule to work weekends if needed and/or change your regular hours (8a-5p) during the week to ensure that the facility continues to run smoothly. We are willing to work with you so your hours balance out and you are not overworked.
This can be a very challenging job. The right person needs to be able to take on a lot of tasks and not feel overwhelmed. We are a doggy daycare, grooming, and boarding facility. On average we have 12-15 employees to oversee. This job includes knowledge of computer skills, exceptional phone skills, selling skills, greeting customers/public, ordering, schedules, reporting, offsite and onsite advertising, and managing staff.
It is preferred that they have either kennel/veterinary technician skills, but not required.
