ROLE SNAPSHOT
• Title: Personal Lines Insurance Account Executive
• Location: Boardman, OH
• Start Date: Immediately – will on-board virtually if needed
• A great opportunity for an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Account Executive to elevate their career status. This position requires the ability to manage and support the current clientele, with tremendous opportunity is to expand the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities as Personal Lines Insurance Account Executive will consist of managing and servicing the current clientele book of business which includes providing the utmost client service, developing and maintaining strong client and insurance carrier business relationships, maintaining account files and documentation, preparing and submitting policy change requests, resolving client and/or carrier issues including accounting, and leading the renewal process e.g., preparing applications, negotiating with underwriters, obtaining quotes, creating proposals, etc., and identifying opportunities to enhance coverage at the most cost effective premiums.  Client service includes interfacing with clients via email and telephone answering coverage questions and creating an understanding of policies and individual needs.
Required Skills
EXPERIENCE
We are seeking candidates with 3-5 years of related insurance experience with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing or servicing a personal lines book of business.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Property & Casualty License required
• Excellent customer service skills, with ability to develop sound relationships with clients, underwriters, and others.
• Insurance industry accreditations appreciated
• Coastal and wind coverage experience appreciated
