At Ridge Down Construction we are experiencing tremendous growth and are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic Outside Sales Reps with an entrepreneurial drive! With top performers making over $100K, our independent Sales Reps experience high rewards for strong performances!

• Our goal is to reach $100 million in sales, by the end of the year - We need more people to make this happen!
• We have people earning $10,000, $18,000 and as much as $25,000 a month using our sales methods.
• Whether you have any sales experience or not, everyone needs a roof over their head; that’s why we are willing to train the right people to make this kind of money.
• Being an Independent Contractor, you decide how much earning potential you have with this 100% commission-based position!
• Warm leads are provided, freeing up time to network and uncover self-generated leads which equal an even higher financial reward.
• Higher commissions for hunters bringing in self-generated leads and cross-selling!
