Job Summary:
The sales Executive position is a hunter role with the core responsibility of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to sell IT consulting services and project-based IT solutions from a portfolio of company's offerings that include Digital Transformation and Data Analytics. This person should possess outstanding sales experience finely-honed customer service skills and a passion for selling technology services and solutions to clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify legitimate sales opportunities, providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships
• Must be passionate toward building strong customer relationships and have a proven ability to prospect and close new business
• Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
• Prospect and build new business opportunities with key decision makers and managers of personal rolodex of clients
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective business
• Prepare periodic sales report showcasing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
• Build long-term relationships and gain the trust of clients through various techniques including, but not limited to, cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Reinforce a design-win culture with new clients
• Participate in internal sales meetings
Mandatory Qualification:
• Experience in selling IT services and solutions
• A bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred
• Proven track record of generating new business through prospecting efforts
• Recent history of quota achievement and large/medium account penetration and execution
• Experience working with CRM systems to track sales funnel
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and account results
• Pre-sales and scope creation is a major plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
