Founded in 2019, Half Moon Seafood Co. was born to challenge the seafood status quo, and is focused on serving fresh, made-to-order seafood in a fast casual environment. This is the first location for Half Moon Seafood Co., and we plan to open a number of locations in the broader Tampa Bay area. Job Description:
We are looking for experienced and friendly individuals to join our team as an Associate. The Associate role consists of: Line Cook, and Prep. Restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in regards to kitchen operations and broader seafood-related experience. However, the most important qualities for our team are friendliness, and a strong work ethic.
Other responsibilities include:
• Works with a sense of urgency and intent
• Strong communication skills with FOH and BOH
• Organized and timely with orders, invoices and inventory
• Understands and follows all recipes, policies and procedures
• Meets or exceeds industry sanitation and safety standards
• Takes initiative to solve problems as they occur
• Accurately completes the daily, weekly and monthly tasks
• Ensure that all food preparation is completed for the next shift
• Leads by example

Job Duties:
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Pay Frequency:
• Bi weekly or Twice monthly
This Job Is:
