We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Tampa, FL. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in the field, and will work closely with Accounts Payable.
Job Responsibilities
• Enter invoices and purchase orders into computer and schedule for payment
• Review for allow ability to bill
• Produce an invoice to be submitted to the State for payment
• Research past-due invoices
• Proces chart of accounts and expense reports
Job Qualifications:
• Possess understanding of the accounting cycle
• Strong Excel skills
• Multi-tasker
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to details
