BTS is seeking a Mid-Level CAFM Administration Support Specialist to maintain and manage the facility key control program using the Keeper Key control system software; maintain and manage the facility baseline drawings, create space utilization strategic planning diagrams utilizing AutoCAD/VISIO software, maintain facility IN/OUT Processing accountability sheets; develop, create and maintain facility data and accountability spreadsheets and maintain and administer Archibus system software for USCENTCOM facilities. The contractor shall ensure that all Facilities Maintenance Team members have Archibus account access and provide user interface training as required. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure 100% facility key inventory, and accountability IAW the Keeper Key Control program guidelines
• Review all facility baseline drawings quarterly and update as required using AutoCad/VISIO software to ensure accurate floor plan diagrams. Create space renovation strategic planning diagrams as requested by government lead within 48hrs
• Maintain IN/OUT Processing forms for permanent record as long as customer is assigned to CCJ2; Maintain accurate facility accountability spreadsheets
Education Requirement:
• 6+ years of related experience
Required Qualifications:
• Expert knowledge of MS Office Software; Archibus training: Fundamentals, System Administration, and System Integration; Basic and Advanced AutoCAD, VISIO (MIDB) for Targeteers, Google Earth for Target Developers, and Joint Intermediate Target Development (JITD) Course.
• 4-8 Years of related experience
Clearance Requirement:
• Current Top Secret/SCI w/CI Poly
