The law firm of Kass Shuler, P.A. is currently looking for an Associate Attorney in its Tampa office. The Associate Attorney will be working primarily on consumer and commercial collection matters. The Associate Attorney position will include frequent court attendance, reviewing court pleadings, drafting legal pleadings, and legal research.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, WordPerfect, etc.
• Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree with Juris Doctorate required.
• Admission to practice law in the State of Florida
• Previous experience in litigation, collection law preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compensation depends on experience with growth always a possibility. All applicants MUST submit a resume outlining their compensation. References and letters of recommendations not required but are welcomed. Writing sample required.
