Tampa-based civil litigation practice, is looking for trial attorneys experienced in areas of business, HOA and insurance litigation for our Tampa office. The ideal candidates must have excellent academic qualifications and a minimum of 3-5 years experience. Position will include legal research, drafting motions, arguing motions, taking and defending depositions and handling independently your own case load. This position will have substantial client contact, as well as marketing involvement, so excellent communication skills are necessary. Client Profiles familiarity a plus. Superior working collegiality and short timeline opportunity for partnership or equity position, if desired, but not required. Merger with other practices acceptable.
