Robert Half Technology is currently seeking a Production Control Specialist for an enterprise client in the Tampa, FL area. Required skills include Automated job scheduling tool experience, SFTP file transfer application, Desktop processing system experience (Windows OS, Outlook, Windows File Explorer), as well as strong interpersonal skills, communication, and documentation.

• Looking for someone who has experience with some type of automated job scheduling tool (Autosys/Control-M/Tidal) and a SFTP file transfer application (MOVEit/GlobalScape/Control-M/FileZilla). (Would prefer Specific Autosys (workload automation AE) or Control-M and MOVEit central experience but will take any enterprise or mainframe scheduling experience)
• Must be able to follow Step Action Plans (SAP)(i.e. Job Aids) instructions as well as troubleshoot and analyze issues in a timely manner. Must be able to analyze SLA demands and figure out when to escalate issues.
• Ticketing system experience is needed and would prefer ITSM/Service Now.
• Must be comfortable communicating and documenting processes within IT, business units, external vendors as well as government agencies.
• Must have strong background in desktop applications and using Windows OS (Microsoft Office apps(Outlook/Excel/Word), and basic file system navigation in Windows/Unix)
• OS (Win/Unix/Linux) Experience - is a nice to have
• Soft skills- Strong communication, ability to make judgement calls based on policy
• Preferred skills include OS navigation (Windows, Unix, Linux), Autosys/Control-M Scheduling, Healthcare, Documentation creation and maintenance. Employment Type: Temporary
