Web Design/Management – Senior
•   10-15 yrs. experience in web-based technologies with expert oral and written communication skills.
•   Master’s degree or Equivalent.
The Contractor shall liaison with HQ, components and supported organizations to design,
develop, and maintain web applications, web portals, and digital production for USCENTCOM
intelligence dissemination domains; JWICS, Stone Ghost, SIPRNET, SIPRNET REL, US
BICES, CENTRIXS Networks, and CENTCOM Partner Networks. This task requires experience in Object Oriented Programming (.NET), web-based scripting languages; VBScript, JavaScript,
HTML, and XML.
Performance Standards
a) CENTCOM Security Classification Guide and IAW FDO guidance; US Intelligence
Community Security Markings Program; USCENTCOM CCR 25 series; USCENTCOM
CCR 380-14; EO 12333; EO 13526; ICD 501, ICD 502, ICD 503
b) Respond within 72 hours to support requests.
a. AQL: Capability to surge to 24-hour response time
c) Ability to support surge requiring 24x7 operational activities
The Contractor shall liaison with HQ, components and supported organizations to design,
develop, and maintain Microsoft SharePoint sites for USCENTCOM intelligence dissemination
domains; JWICS, Stone Ghost, SIPRNET, SIPRNET REL, US BICES, CENTRIXS Networks,
and CENTCOM Partner Networks.
Performance Standards
a) CENTCOM Security Classification Guide and IAW FDO guidance; US Intelligence
Community Security Markings Program; USCENTCOM CCR 25 series; USCENTCOM
