Job Description
SVS is currently hiring Frontline Mortgage Loan Underwriters and training them to get their Direct Endorsement.  You will have typical Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo mortgage loan underwriting job duties to include:
• You will be put into a 6 week class to get your Direct Endorsement
• My client wants to hire everyone on a Direct Hire Basis and sponsor them to get their DE.
• You will earn $85,000 while training with a $5,000 sign on bonus.  Once you get your DE you will be bumped to $95,000 and you will have your DE
• If you have your DE already, depending on your experience, you will start at $95,000 or higher
• You will be Underwriting all Originations and Refis dealing with Conventional, FHA, and VA loans
• You must have at least 5+ years of Mortgage Experience and you have at least 3+ years of very recent Frontline Mortgage Loan Underwriting Experience.

• You must have at least 5+ years of Mortgage Experience
• You must want to get your Direct Endorsement
• You must have the ability to work from Home
• You must be able to work Monday - Friday 1st Shift plus overtime
• You must take direction well and get along well with others
• You must have a great attitude and willing to learn new things
