DESCRIPTION: Gather business requirements and design and develop software. Develop design solutions for new functionality and conduct defect fixs with Webmethods, Java, MQ, REST Web Service, ODM ILOG Jrules, Oracle based SWIFT FIN messaging system. Conduct analysis, design, development, testing, and support across the following SWIFT FIN and AMH Product application layers: User Interface, Middleware, Backend, and Database. Collaborate with business to analyze new business functions and requirements. Develop and work on banking applications with Webmethods, Java, Javascript, Junit, MQ, JMS, XML, Web Services, ODM ILOG JRules, SQL, JDBC, JNDI. Work in partnership with a tester to deliver high quality, tested, documented changes. Perform root cause analysis of production defects and identify required fixes. Execute code packaging, configuration, components deployment, and release management. Plan production implementations by documenting and coordinating with the Project Management team and Technology Infrastructure teams, and running implementation of code release to Production. Perform unit testing, functional testing, UAT testing and automation testing to ensure the implementation meet business requirements. Participate in production support and manage the triaging and resolution of production support incidents. Define and execute Agile development practices and attend daily scrums, bi-weekly sprint planning, review and retrospective meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as a Software Developer, System Analyst, or related occupation.
