Customer Service Supervisor
What Will You Do?
You would be responsible for managing the web team with live chat, ratings and review moderation and social responding to ensure customers are taken care of in and effective, efficient and timely manner. You will also provide guidance and development to a team to help them with challenging situations or issues.
What Do You Need?
·Associate Degree in Business or related field, Required
·3 years’ of Customer Service Experience, Required
·Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus!
·Excellent oral and written communication skills
·Professional telephone etiquette
·Strong attention to detail
·Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet
·Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
