We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Employee Benefits Team in our Tampa, FL office !
This position would be responsible for IOA Benefits department administrative and support activities, including: Internal/ external customer service and communication; individual productivity, quality, and service levels; eligibility processing; data entry; general administration; meeting/presentation preparation; marketing/branding functional support; professional development; identification of sales opportunities; IOA core values.
Employee Benefits Account Coordinator essential functions include:
• Performs a high volume and wide variety of insurance-related administrative tasks accurately and within required timeframes as directed/assigned by Account Team leadership
• Ensures client loyalty by providing high levels of service and communication at all times
• Demonstrates personal maturity and contributes to building and maintaining a high-performance team environment - is respected by teammates
• Supports project initiatives such as preparing spreadsheets with quote information from a variety of carriers on multiple product lines
• Demonstrates ability and internal motivation to learn, grow, and continuously improve
Qualified candidates will have:
• 2+ years professional customer service experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to perform large work volumes with high degrees of accuracy
• PC proficiency, including MS Office
• Exceptional personal character, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others at all times
